We are happy to see Wood Bros. exceed our expectations in many ways! Living in Texas with family on both east and west coasts gives us ample opportunity to send flowers for special occasions. In the past, we have often been disappointed in the online ordering process, getting something other than the advertised picture. That is not the case with Wood Bros. After the online order was completed, we were called to confirm our wishes. Pictures were sent with examples of the implementation of our vision. Meghan offered helpful suggestions on improvements that could be made, including the addition and availability of seasonally fresh flowers. When the design as completed, Meghan checked with us one last time to confirm that our expectations were met. We were happy to see the final design and grateful for the personal experience. Our family in Boston were comforted by the display and so we are very grateful for the service that exceeded our expectations.

So thankful for, the owner. I put in a last minute order for my dads funeral, and not only was it accommodated and delivered when i ordered it the night before at 3pm, but also called me the morning of to ask if i wanted ribbons that i didn’t know how to order online, and dropped them off at the funeral home after the flowers had already been delivered . Truly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The floral arrangements were outstanding, everyone at my dads service could not stop talking about how beautiful they were

Always Always Always overly happy with every arrangement that is put together by the team. Pleasant employees, great delivery team, reliable and reasonable prices ! Whenever I need flowers or plant advice I call them. Everytime My man thinks he is on my $××× list he Always calls Meg! You can't go wrong! Update we use these fantastic people for all of our floral needs. From my besties bouquet and thank you arrangements for kind neighbors I have never been disappointed!

This florist is one of the best I’ve ever used. I made an error on an order and called the phone number early in the morning. The owner actually answered from her cell phone and immediately took care of the issue. I’ve used them before, and I will continue to use them. This is the kind of service you just don’t get anymore and I’m so grateful to Wood Brothers florist for being that kind of a business. I own a business myself and give that kind of Service so I even more appreciate Wood Brothers. Thank you so much.

Always the best and I've used them for many years even now having been out of the Lowell MA area for many years. With multiple family members still in New England there are always occasions for flowers, sadly funerals, but also Mother's Day, Easter, birthdays, showers. I've never heard anything but praise for how beautiful their arrangements are. My gr gran lived behind the store and they were always "Woodsies" to us.

I came here in person on a Saturday to get flowers for my wife who was performing. The florist asked me for my budget and said she would make the arrangement fresh for me. She even suggested a style I didn’t think about but made perfect sense in terms of presentation. The arrangement took maybe 10 minutes to complete, and it was the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever seen. My wife loved it, and the flowers looked fresh and stayed fresh for a while afterwards. I had a great experience and would recommend to others. I left a review because my wife commented how much she loved the flowers weeks afterwards.

I’d like to start by saying this review is EXTREMELY overdue. I’ve been coming to Wood Bros Florists for years, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Whether it’s Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, my fiancée’s birthday, or one of the biggest milestones in my life, this is the only place I trust for flowers. Megan is the reason I keep coming back. Her customer service is exceptional, and she has an incredible eye for creating beautiful arrangements. I usually order a dozen long-stem roses, and every single time she transforms them into a bouquet that’s elegant, unique, and even better than I imagined. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and takes pride in every arrangement she creates. There have been multiple times she’s gone above and beyond for me. Once, I needed flowers at the last minute, and she took amazing care of me without making me feel rushed. Most recently, I ordered flowers for my Engagement ceremony. I called ahead, prepaid over the phone, and had a friend pick them up. Megan took the time to ask about the event, the colors, and the overall style so she could create something that matched perfectly. I said “Megan, I trust you. Do what you do.” When I saw the bouquet, I was blown away. It was absolutely beautiful and fit the occasion perfectly. Finding a business that’s this consistent over the years is rare. Megan is kind, professional, talented, and always makes you feel like you’re more than just another customer. That’s why I’ve continued coming back for years, and why I recommend Wood Bros Florists to all of my family and friends. Thank you, Megan, for always helping make life’s special moments even more memorable. I’ll definitely be back for many more years to come. I was very happy with my first experience with Wood Bros Florist when I ordered a get-well-soon flower bouquet for my sister being delivered to her house. The service, design, and delivery was amazing and very quick. They were done in just a few hours after placing my order. The designer, Suzanne, did a phenomenal job by arranging all the colors together as I requested and my sister was so in love with them and that truly brightened her day. The freshness of pink roses, purple plumerias, and yellow flowers blended very well together and she said her living room smelled so fresh and comforting. The color balance of the bouquet was perfect and the design displayed of love and warmth and it was right on point as I intended to express my feelings. I highly recommend this florist to family and friends.
